The last week seems to be ridiculous for the amount of convos and evemails I've been getting from friends and acquiantances from back in the day.
The other day a friend of mine asked me to come back to Pureblind to run a corporation in some alliance that is essentially a bunch of carebears with a small military wing for protection. I wouldn't be caught in Pureblind with them in anycase as I can't be bothered to deal with his carebear alliance.
Then a friend I've known since high school pops on and gives me a shout. We start chatting even play a few rounds of Battlefield Bad Company 2 with some other friends from high school and get to talking. I'm not 100% sure where he got the idea VETO was a 0.0 sovereignty holding alliance, but he made that assumption and got made fun of pretty good ^_^
He's also thinking of trying to get into VETO, however lacks the PVP know-how of our pirating ways (yarrrrr) so I told him to apply for our Academy when Verone opens it back up later this year if he chooses to.
But just talking to these people brings back memories of being part of the Phoenix Alliance fighting in the Great Northern War, being part of CEi before it created the RAZOR [RZR] alliance, flying around doing mercenary stuff with Blade Runners, and all kinds of good stuff from when I was till a noob and had no idea on how to train my skills properly xD
Well anywho that's all for now I suppose.
