Downward Spiral, Faint Light At The End.

Sigh. . .

The past few weeks have been haphazard at best. With the new purchase and training of crews to losing said ships and crew to the void has taken its toll on me mentally and physically.

I haven't spent so much time in the Pod flying around in a very long time; rest and small vacations are usually put in my schedule to split up the monotony. Regardless of being in a revered and well known corp as VETO, I've seem to taken to losing more ships however I've never gotten so many successful ransoms and verified kills even when flying under the Ghost Festival flag.

I do hope they're surviving alright even if we are technically enemies now. . .

In anycase lack of communication and self-independence of corporation members out on ops have lead to some mistakes costing everyone ships however I guess that is the way it goes sometimes. I know I'm not the best commander or pilot, however perhaps more . . . Discipline during operations would allow us to be more successful.

Back to training the crews and setting up payrolls and letters home to the deceased. . .

Your worry is appreciated Korthan. We've been doing alright. You may want to hop on GalNet and read our latest public announcement on the IGS if you're curious what we are up to.

PS: Fly a little less recklessly! It's better on your wallet, and your mind.

Ah, yes, discipline. Too much of the stuff and all you are is a cog; too little, and there is a risky lack of cohesion. No easy answer to the dilemma...I tend toward preferring less rather than more, comfortable with making my own decisions if it all goes to shit.
